Last year, with the community’s support, The Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton was able to bring comfort and joy to hundreds of children and their families during the holiday season. With your help, we hope to be able to do so again this year.
While many people are celebrating the season and sharing gifts with loved ones, those who are struggling to make ends meet can find the holiday season to be a time of stress and worry. Imagine having to choose between buying groceries or providing a gift for your child during the holidays. Sadly, that’s a reality for many of the families working with the agency. Like any parent, all they want is to put a smile on their child’s face.
With your help, through the agency’s Holiday Sponsorship and Toy Room Programs, we can make the season merry for all children and families. All contributions to the agency’s holiday program, no matter how small, are greatly appreciated. To provide a sponsorship package for a family of four, the average cost will be approximately $375.00. Monetary donations are also welcomed and allow our volunteers the opportunity to purchase items that are lacking from in-kind donations.

Please note, there have been some revisions to the items included in the sponsorship packages and we anticipate these changes will be greatly appreciated by our families.
