The Children's Aid Society of Hamilton is committed to ensuring that all persons with disabilities have equal access to programs, services, and activities offered by the Society. In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005), the Society has developed policies, procedures and practices consistent with the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. The ultimate goal of the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton is to meet and surpass service-user expectations, while serving people with disabilities. Comments on our services regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcomed and appreciated. Feedback regarding the way the Society provides services to people with disabilities can be made by contacting the Manager of Quality Assurance and Communications and Development. Feedback may be provided by e-mail, letter, verbally or in person by setting up an appointment. A response to all feedback can be expected within seven (7) days.
